For more than 45 years, Proment Corporation has been shaping distinctive communities in Île-des-Sœurs. With more than 5,000 condominiums and residences built, as well as six waterfront communities to its name, Proment has played a major role in shaping the residential landscape of Pointe-Nord.

The creation of Pointe-Nord is one of its most significant achievements: a vibrant living environment recognized as one of Montréal’s most desirable, where architecture, nature, services and quality of life come together.

Evolo FLEX builds on this vision with a sixth elegant, modern and high-end tower—the only one in this exceptional community dedicated entirely to residential rental living.

Known for the quality and meticulous execution of its projects, Proment Corporation has been named “Builder of the Year” several times over the past 30 years. Its projects have also received awards from the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec and the Ordre des architectes du Québec.

A leader in environmentally responsible residential development in Québec, Proment has also obtained LEED certification for several of its projects. Le Vistal, Evolo 1, Evolo 2 and Evolo NEX have received LEED Gold certification, while Evolo S and Evolo X have received LEED Silver certification. Evolo FLEX will also pursue this environmental certification.
